Fortunata was crafted over several months with Pitango Founder, Noah and our Roast team. Inspired by the Italian upbringing that he experienced, the Fortunata blend is a combination of three coffees with an Northern Italian style approach to the roasting. Seeking to harmonize the different coffees creating a classic, rich, and uniquely Pitango espresso experience. The three origins are Sumatra, Ethiopia & Brazil.
